Question by sunshine_emmy: Does Jet Blue have checked luggage fees?
I just spent $ 30 on luggage fees with US Airways. I’m not looking to book another flight and I’m considering Jet Blue. Do you have to pay for your checked luggage with them? If so, how much? I just want to factor it into the cost of the ticket. Thanks!

The first checked bag is free. There is a $ 20 charge for a second bag.

Question by raj: Do we need to check in luggage at terminal 6 for Jet blue flight after coming to terminal 4 at JFK from India?
My parents are visiting me from India and they are flying Air India from Mumbai to JFK. It lands at terminal 4. After immigration, they need to catch Jet Blue flight for their final destination which flies out of terminal 6.
Can they check in their luggage at terminal 4 after immigration/customs clearance or do they need to carry luggage to terminal 6 and check in there? Has anybody experienced this before?

Question by jetbluelostmyluggage!: How can I get my lost luggage returned from JFK-Jet Blue?
I was at JFK on a stormy winter day (2/14)and my JetBlue flight did not depart that day. I hopped on another airline but JetBlue would not release my luggage until their flight was officially cancelled in the wee hours of the next day. Now I’m home in CA and cannot get through on the phone to JFK Jet Blue baggage claim. Is there a service that I can use that will go to the airport, stand on lines, sift through the bags and find mine?

You have to contact Jetblue somehow. Try giving them an E-mail in customer service, by logging on to their website. If that dosent work go to their office… they should have one in CA. Although i dont know where.
