I went on board carnival conquest in May and brought a carton of marlboro lights with me.. however.. they are half price ON BOARD! A carton was $ 25.00 where I paid 50 in texas. I think they do have black and milds, not sure of the price but I know they are cheaper than here. You dont have to pay taxes on them once you get into (If your cruise goes to) international waters but make sure you bring a few for the day before they open the store. Don’t bring too many bc your only allowed so much. Have Fun!
